Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that includes 50 calls. It's $0 today. We hold your card so the plan can start when the trial ends, but nothing is charged during the trial.
Which CallMate plan should I pick?
Count the calls you miss or can't take in a normal week, then multiply by four. Up to 30 a month, Starter fits. Up to 150, choose Pro, which most busy owners need. Up to 500, choose Business. You can move between plans as things change.
Are CallMate prices GST inclusive?
No. Prices are shown plus GST, so Starter is $49 + GST a month, Pro is $99 + GST and Business is $199 + GST. If you're registered for GST, you can usually claim the GST back as a business expense.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. CallMate is month to month. You can cancel any time, including during the free trial.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The plan you chose starts and your card is charged for the first month. If CallMate isn't right for you, cancel before the 14 days are up and you won't pay anything.
